2019 BBF UMPIRE RATES
For the 2019 season umpire fees remain unchanged.
National Baseball League (NBL) & Triple-A* - standard rates
| Game Format | Number of Umpires | Fee |
|---|---|---|
| 9-inning | 2 | £30.00 |
| 7-inning | 2 | £25.00 |
| 9-inning | 1 | £40.00 |
| 7-inning | 1 | £37.50 |
For double headers, teams should add the relevant umpire fees together accordingly and £30 travel per umpire per game day is due.
* This applies to Triple-A clubs that wish to be assigned one of the umpires who also cover NBL games.
Triple-A - other - indicative rates

In addition, mileage is payable at £0.25 per mile, excluding the first 20 miles of a round trip journey subject to a maximum of £20.
The expenses structure is based on 9 and 7-inning single games. For double headers, teams should add the relevant umpire fees together accordingly.
